Changing how we work with ourselves and others.
What We Do
At SummaWork we provide coaching services to individuals and organizations to transform how they live and work so they can have more joyful, creative, and meaningful work lives. And of course fun! It all starts with us individually.
The goal is to help you understand that you can live the life you want and achieve it. With a simple but powerful process of transformation, you will start to identify and eliminate the beliefs that are holding you back and preventing you from living with purpose, peace, enjoyment, and prosperity.
How we do it
Create a vision for your life
We tend to go through life doing all many things without a clear vision. It feels like we are in a hamster wheel. Just getting by with all the things we “need” to do. By connecting with ourselves and realizing what we really want, we start to develop a life that is meaningful to us filled with joy and purpose
Identify and eliminate limited beliefs
Everything that we think and do is determined by our set of believes. Some of them are very useful but others are just not letting us live the life we want.
We don’t even know that we have limited beliefs.
By identifying and eliminating them we began to really flourish!
Apply your learnings to your new life
This is the fun part! Now you will start seeing that co-worker or person who was challenging you with a different perspective. You will understand that they were just teaching you a very important lesson you needed to learn to have the life you want.
