She began her meditation journey 15 years ago.
Maria Elvira has a B.S. in Economics, a Master’s in Public Affairs from Indiana University, a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley, and, most recently, a Master's in Bioneuroemotion from the Enric Corbera Institute.
She enjoys running, riding her bike, hiking, and being outdoors.
